We Rise Above the Streets helps people experiencing housing or food insecurity. The organization held its annual Thanksgiving event on November 18.
Volunteers served Thanksgiving meals and gave free haircuts, winter clothing, toys and gifts. The event also featured face painting and a turkey giveaway.
