For the second straight year, dogs walked a half-mile parade around the Westcott neighborhood for the Westcott Nation Halloween Dog Parade on Saturday.
The parade featured pups and their humans dressed in costumes and a marching band made up of local musicians. Participants gathered at Petit Branch Library parking lot and after the parade everyone was invited back to the library for cider, donuts and biscuits for the dogs.
The event was hosted by the Westcott Neighborhood Association.
