Contributor Mike Greenlar stumbled upon Innocent Gapande, Nyirakarire Theresa and Buregeya Mugarukira as they shelled beans on Bear Street.

Gapande, on the left, and Nyirakarire, center, are both refugees. Gapande is from Rwanda while Kyirakarire is from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

On the right is Mugarukira, who is also from Rwanda.
