Joan Kearney, 91, of Syracuse, chats with her great grandson, Siraj Ghwayeen, 2, about his age as they wait for the next performance during the early St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at the Fayetteville Free Library on Sunday.
Performances from the Syracuse Irish Session and the Johnston School of Irish Dance were featured along with themed crafts and a scavenger hunt.
St. Patrick’s Day is Friday.
