On Sunday, Jim Emmons draws at right. The fair features a parade, music and dance performers, food, artists, and more than 140 booths highlighting vendors and non-profit organizations.The event, celebrating the diversity of the Westcott neighborhood, runs on the 500 block of Westcott Street and side streets. Open Figure Drawing, Inc. meets at the Delavan Center, 509 W. Fayette St., every Wednesday from 7 p.m.to 10 p.m. and every Sunday from 1 p.m. through 3 p.m.
