Thousands of people came out to Westcott Street on Oct. 1 for the 31st festival celebrating the unique Syracuse neighborhood.

“How cool is to have this festival in Syracuse,” said attendee Shannon Fleming, of Syracuse, wearing heart-shaped sunglasses and rainbow pants. “It proves love can overcome.”
