We invite you to mark your calendar for Monday, November 16th at 7 pm when Central Current will be hosting our next Evening Edition event at the Art in the Atrium, CNY Arts location at 201 E. Washington St., Syracuse, NY.
This end-of-year fundraiser is both a celebration of our newsroom’s continued growth and impact, as well as an opportunity to build the resources needed to connect every CNY resident with accessible and trustworthy local information — across Onondaga County and beyond.
We will be joined by special guest and MeidasTouch Washington Correspondent Scott MacFarlane. A graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, he previously worked as an anchor for both CBS and NBC where he built a national reputation in part through his award-winning investigative coverage of the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Your ticket purchase helps ensure equal access to trustworthy news and information for all residents – regardless of income. From all of us at the newsroom, thank you for your generous support.
We look forward to seeing you there.
